MSI has a team dedicated to reviewing and resolving code compliance matters and has a high rate of success in addressing issues promptly. From the moment MSI becomes aware of a code compliance matter, we aggressively reach out to all impacted parties and put a plan in place to resolve it expeditiously.

• Appear for city or municipality meetings and/or hearings
• Negotiate fines and reduce penalties received
• Interpret local jurisdiction requirements and formulate resolution for violation abatement
• Provide a hotline number for city officials to contact MSI on behalf of our clientele that is live 24 hours / 7 days a week
• Provide estimates to cure code violations as well as any other city/municipality repair requests
• Complete all work necessary to cure any code violation
